Early Deaths are Often The Trigger Sleepless

Predilection stay up and sleep deprivation is not good for health. Arevealing study, men with chronic insomnia have a risk of death fourtimes faster than those with healthy sleep patterns.

As theDaily Mail quoted the page, the findings of this study add to evidencethat it therefore needs a healthy sleep pattern if you do not want tohave died young.

The conclusion was based on studies publishedin medical journals related to sleep. The research studied the sleeppatterns of 1,000 women and 741 men since 1990. Eight percent of womenand four percent of men have chronic insomnia by sleeping less than sixhours a night.

Increased risk of death influenced the pattern ofpoor sleep, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Conditionsworsened by smoking habits, alcohol use, depression, obesity and sleepdisorders.

Women with insomnia is not too risky cause of death.Women are more able to overcome the problem of lack of sleep withoutlowering their life expectancy. However, researchers are still tryingto find a more detailed explanation of why insomnia is more dangerousfor men. Read More
